I have recently had a painting restretched here - took just over a week, reasonably priced for the task. The staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly, including quoting me over the phone and arranging a neat solution for me to carry a large painting home on the tube and keep it protected. I went in today to sort out a frame for a poster. I was greeted in the friendliest way by two lovely people. The whole process was made enjoyable with care and attention of the highest possible standard. I came out buzzing. They set the standard very high indeed for customer care.
